ABOUT
Diego Guevara is a multidisciplinary Creative Director originally from Miami, currently based in Portland, working at Nike as Senior Global Design Director. He specializes in Creative Direction & Strategy, Brand Development, Creative Narrative, Cross-Functional Leadership, and Advanced Concepts, blending strategic thinking with creative innovation to deliver impactful experiences.
Diego has led multiple brands and teams, collaborating with worldwide partners and professional athletes, delivering on high-profile moments including The Grammys, World Cup and Olympics.
Beyond his role at Nike, Diego serves as a non-profit Board Member, Co-Chair for Nike’s Latin Employee Resource Group, co-founder of LatinX Design Crew, and advisor to education and nonprofit initiatives nationwide.
Prior to Nike, Diego worked across advertising agencies, design studios, television networks, national organizations, and sports teams as a consultant, Art Director, and Creative Director. As a resident Design Professor at Miami Ad School, he founded nonprofits focused on Design & Education. He has served as a Design Ambassador for HOW Magazine and participated on multiple Design Awards juries. Diego is also a Keynote Speaker and has been featured on podcasts and at design conferences worldwide.
